In re: the RF 24-105 f4.0-7.1 STM, yes there is distortion and vignetting at 24mm. Vignetting is gone at 28mm. Both vignetting and distortion are corrected by the camera and can be adjusted further in either Lightroom or Canon DPP. Post processed, the images are fine.
